Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to Wardrobio subscriptions and to product orders placed through the built-in shop.

2. Subscriptions

Prices are displayed including applicable taxes. Payment by card via Stripe. Renewal is automatic until cancellation. You may request a refund within 14 days of the first payment if you have not used the paid features.

3. Product orders

Products are sold by the partner brand indicated on the product page, which is the seller. Wardrobio collects the payment on behalf of the brand and forwards the order. The sales contract is between you and the brand.

4. Prices and availability

Prices and stock are those communicated by the brand and updated regularly. If an item is unavailable after ordering, you are fully refunded within 14 days.

5. Shipping

According to the brand's conditions, shown in the order summary. Shipping costs are displayed before payment.

6. Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item without giving a reason, unless the brand offers a longer period. The brand's return procedure is shown in the order details. Return costs may remain your responsibility depending on the brand.

7. Warranties

Legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects apply as provided by the law of your country of residence, owed by the seller.
